About Us

It all began back in 1999, when I was just 13 years old. My first experience in the cleaning world came from helping my mom with her evening janitorial shifts at TD Bank Canada on Corydon Avenue. From Monday to Friday, between 6:00 PM and 10:00 PM, we’d clean two—sometimes even three—branches together. That time in my life taught me more than just how to vacuum, mop floors, or polish windows. It instilled in me a deep sense of responsibility, work ethic, and pride in every detail.

My role was to empty office bins, wipe down desks (coffee stains were a regular), shake out rugs, and leave the glass—especially around the door handles—crystal clear. It wasn’t glamorous work, but it was honest, and I learned the value of creating clean, welcoming spaces for others to thrive in.

Over the years, I explored different careers, but I always found myself drawn back to the work that helped shape who I am. That’s why I decided to return—not just as a cleaner, but as a business owner committed to offering high-quality, professional services built on decades of real experience.

As a proud first-generation immigrant—my father from Poznań, Poland—I carry the name of my grandfather, Leon, in this company’s foundation. It serves as a daily reminder of my roots, the journey my family made, and the opportunities this country has given us. Naming the business after him is both a tribute and a promise—to honor our story and serve with heart.
